I had purchased vacations membership plan for *+* years (*N/*D every year till * years) by paying Rs. ***** in Sep-****.
I availed the service last year for my Kerala trip as *st year of my plan and all was good, but now when I tried to contact them for this year holiday booking, I was shocked as the companies Google App not working and also customer care and sales team numbers not responding.
Please help me to recover my hard earned money.
