I Placed order of Rs. **,*** using ICICI UPI Handle **********@icici on ** March at **:** PM.
My order was placed successfully and amount was deducted.
When I check my Mobile after sometime, I received Password Reset SMS which i did not requested but Amazon India reset my password and change my email on behalf of some hacker or insider of amazon employee and My Account was Hacked. the Email in my account was changed by the hacker and as Hacker was not able to change Mobile Number so i received all SMS notifications. My Order number ***-*******-******* was Cancelled and the Refund was given in my Amazon Pay Account as vouchers which was misused by hacker as he was having access to my account. I just received SMS for Amazon Pay Reference ID mentioned below: **************** ₹***** **************** ₹***** **************** ₹**** **************** ₹***** **************** ₹***** **************** ₹*** **************** ₹*****
I did not request any refund in Amazon Pay Account and it is big mistake by amazon that they refund the order amount in amazon pay balance and it is fault of Amazon the refund the amount in Amazon pay Account and not in BANK, that was original payment method. If order is cancelled they must refund it in my bank account from where payment was done, then this all issue would not have occurred and my amount would also be refunded safely back but they did it deliberately which i think is role of some inside from amazon as they cannot reset my account details without calling me on my number i.e. ********** which is registered in the amazon account. I was shocked and immediately called amazon team and have requested amazon many times but they are not helping me. My money is lost and my order also. Now i request strict action against Amazon and refund my money with Interest otherwise I will approach Court for the same. Someone from Amazon Employee is involved in this case as i never requested for Password Change and they changed password, changed email without my concern. My UPI Transaction of Rs. **,*** was not refunded back to my source account from where payment was made. If order was cancelled then refund is to be done in my original payment method. I never requested to send refund in my amazon account which was hacked and i was not able to use it. I am still not able to use the account. Kindly help me to get my money back or my ordered product delivered. I never cancelled my order nor i asked for any refund. All was done by hacker which i think is someone insider from amazon india employee.
