I went to sbi for opening a savings accounts and they did open it along with the demat account which i didnt ask for . I was new to banking hence i didnt knew anything about demat and trading . They should have informed me before opening the account and its charges . I complaint to sbi customer care but I know they wont refund the amount . They have done this to several other people without their knowledge. State bank of india is decieving and looting their customers .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
