Vivek gangal filed complaint against Nissan on Jun 5, 2020
Last year June i came from USA and bought Nissan Kick on **th June. The reason to choose Nissan as i was using Nissan Altima and Rouge since * years. So i choose Nissan Kick.
After that i faced lot of issue with Nissan services here. When ever i sent the car for repairing or servicing they took lot of time and not provided satisfactory services.
In mont of October ****, some one hit my car from the front in parking Area. The impact was so high that radiator broke and all coolant flash out. Front bumber was damage. When i submit car in garage they took ** days and after that issue not resolved and i faced lot of challenges so they again carried out my car in the garage and took again * week. secondly i surprised why the Airbags not deployed. They explain me that car in parking and in this condition air bags not open. I understand the point.
On *th Feb **** i met major accident where car hit the Metro divider from the fron t and flipped the car and front passenger side tire flat all glass broke. Fortunately i saved with minor injuries. This time again the Airbags not deployed. I don't know the Vehicle have the airbags or Nissan just mentioning for making fool. I don't have any trust even they are sau=ying that impact is not so high. My complaint against Nissan that this vehicle is faulty and i can't drive this car. So i need my full reimbursement.
