Nissan - No Service provided by Nissan in jammu for its customer
Jarnail singh filed complaint against Nissan on Nov 21, 2023
I had damaged to my car in the month of september. I went to authorized service center to get it repaired under insurance claim. Then it was assured that as soon as the parts will be available they will repair my car. Now, they have no authorized centre availble in jammu as their contract with partner has been expired.
Nissan is not providing any services with in jammu and asking to get it done from authorzied servce center in neighbouring state and they are not bound to help their customer in any way with compensation of thier cost , effort and time loss.
I had mailed to customercare.nissan@email.nissan.in to help on this matter but they are denying and not helping either way to their customer.
