Nissan - Mental Harrassment and Pathetic Service

I sent my Nissan car with Registration number - UP ** BV **** for service at Neo Nissan during last quarter of **** with problem of alignment.

Service team informed me that they would need to change some parts including disc brake to ensure there is no alignment issue.

It took them * months to correct the issue. I escalated issue * times and finally, it was corrected during last pickup in the month of Jan ****.

There was no problem in my disc brake but on request of service enginneer team - I agreed to change disc brake.

My brakes started making noise everytime I apply brake - I escalated, again pickup and they opened up everything, cleaned brakes and returned car - same issue arose again. Escalated, brakes cleaned, car returned but problem still exist with an excuse that your drive very less hence brakes are making noise.

I am driving Micra from * years but never faced the issue. Service engineers are not able to solve my problem.

I got three calls from Nissan feedback team and I told them issue everytime and they promised we will get back to you and have Neo Nissan to look into the issue but nobody cr back - no call, no email no follow up.

Now after two months, Issue of brake noise aroused again, means ** months are over and yet no solution for my car. Again it went to service center and the harrasment continues.....

This time team came up with new problem that your rim needs replacement. Neo Nissan was not able to check the RIM problem in last ** months when they opened up my car for more than ** times.

Earlier, it was normal alignment probelm then it became lower arms problem then became disc brake problem and now its RIM.

and biggest part it this all happened whenever my car went at the aervice center of Sector *, Neo Nissan.


IT TOOK THE COMPANY ** MONTHS TO FOGURE OUT ALIGNMENT PROBLEM IS WITH RIM - EARLIER, it was with lower arms then brakes then tyres then shoe pad and finally now RIM.

I am mentally harrassed by Neo Nissan sector * and would need compensation now.

I want to file a case of mental Harrassment.
