- Safe Custody and Advance Rental both charges are taken by me Closed

I have re-charged my Airtel Broadband on *th June **** with advance rental of **** INR ( for * months). Due to pandemic, I forced to move to my hometown in June **. I came to know that there is a option for Safe Custody.
I tried calling customer care multiple times during June month, but couldn't connect to executive.. probably because those guys are NOT working or working with min. Staff.
I finally called executive, who installed the setup and he suggested to go with Safe Custody from Mobile app.
When i enabled Safe Custody from App, there was no such message or warning stating that my Advance rental will also continue.
When I got the email confirmation on safe custody enablement, I asked the same question on mail on **th June ** ..but haven't received any response.
I was paying Safe Custody fee ( *** INR) from last * months assuming my Advance Rental will starts once I disable Safe Custody. But I got SMS now stating that My Advance rental will end by *th Dec.
When I checked with Customer care, they are reluctant to reverse the Advance rental reduction.
Kindly address my query.
I couldn't even understand, why app allows to enable Safe Custody on Advance Rental, if there is no use case. Its a flaw in Airtel Mobile app.
I want that from the time I have enabled Safe Custody, my Advance Rental should be paused till the time I will disable the Safe Custody.
