Shadowfax - Rude Delivery Partner

My wife placed an order from Meesho, which consists of a pair of Winter Gloves.
To check upon that order, my wife called the Delivery Partner named “Anujit Bhowmick”. The delivery partner is extremely rude on call, and his tone of speaking is too harsh. However, after disconnecting the call, he came for the delivery. I went to pick up the package, and while doing so, I approached by saying “are you still in a hurry buddy”? By hearing so, he started misbehaving and threatened that he won’t give the package, and said “do whatever you want". He even claimed that he lives nearby, and will see what he can do. So, after hearing such words from his side, I started video recording the ongoing conversation. He even said, no one gives a damn about your orders as we said that you’re the very first delivery partner who’s acting this much rude.
