My order was made on **.**.****. The product has reached the nearest delivery location on **.**.****. For the past two days I have been trying to contact the delivery partner. The neither pick the call nor deliver the product. Though I have raised a req for help no action has been taken. I need the product to be delivered at the earliest. The chirayunkeezhi region shadowfax in Trivandrum Kerala is known for their irresponsible behaviour and delayed services.Several complaints have already been raised about them but no redressal was made from the authority's side.
