Shadowfax is allowing fraud sellers to put fake order on our name. Unknowingly we or our family members are ending up paying for the parcel we never placed. No one is responding on customer care. Not even the shadowfax authorized delivery shops.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
