I called customer care to track my order. A girl named Pranitha attended my call. She was very arrogant and rude. When I asked about the reason for the delay in delivery she told me that 'even we are humans' , ' hum log bhi insaan hein'. I am just wondering that this is the way they provide customer service. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
