- Rube behaviour by the agent Open
I have cancelled an order today and it was a first order that I cancelled by the time I have been with Swiggy. It was cancelled a minute after the order is placed. They have disabled my cash on delivery option which is unfair for a customer like me who order from Swiggy. Secondly, I reached out to the chat which was connected to an agent after waiting for long but they not wanted to acknowledge the issue and while I was speaking he abruptly closed the chat. Then I get connected to another agent who again kept sending me to copy paste messages every * minutes. When he gets back to me not knowing the issue, at last, he denied helping. He disconnected the call asking to stay online. Now, what do you call this kind of behaviour? The first agent's name was Shantaneel Saha and the second one was Dipankar Goswami. Now, action should be taken against these agents for their behaviour. They portrayed on chat making me wait for an hour. I have the screenshots too which I am attaching. So I expect a solution to this.
