Zomato - Rotten food was sent and Zomato denied for a refund though it was an incorrect item delivered

I have placed an order on Zomato around *:** AM from a veg restaurant for two items. First of all the delivery was delayed by ** minutes and received two incorrect items. After reaching out to the customer support. They completely denied for refund saying it’s the quality of the food when I clearly said it’s the food which was sent incorrect and even after sharing images, they completely denied for a refund, it is highly unacceptable for a customer to go through this twice and there hasn’t been any response on an email that I sent on the first order and this is the second order that I faced and they completely denied it. I really want to escalate this and sue them. Money went into waste twice and threw the food away twice.
