I have purchased gonoise Shots X-Buds (Matte Black) and it is in warranty. There was some issue in one of the ear buds and couldn't hear from it. I raised complaint to them and gonoise arranged reverse pickup on **th July,****. From that day, I haven't received single acknowledgement/service call from them to address my product status. I follow-up with them over email and customer care multiple times but they just dropping the call by saying we escalated the issue and will get back to you. They could not help me by some of reason. Its been about * month when I raised complaint and still today I am struggling to get my product from them
