I had booked * shipments from pune to solapur from Shiprocket through Xpressbees courier. I had received * on **th May and the rest * are showing return to origin.
On asking them, they are not giving immediate resolution.
* shipment is already reached in Solapur Hub and how does this makes sense that they will return after reaching Solapur.. also they have charged RTO freight charges. I need the RTO to be cancelled and need my shipments to be delivered in Solapur asap.
