I had to return two Celio Bomber Jackets. The medium size which i have purchased had stains on it, threads were coming out of jacket (please check attached pictures) and the Large size jacket was too loose. I have placed return requests for about *-* times, Myntra is raising complaints to resolve my issue but closing it on the very next day saying it has been resolved. They are creating new return requests again and doing the same thing again and again. I have started raising return requests from Jan *-*, I haven’t received any solution from them yet. Delivery logistics is putting all false comments saying that we have rejected the return/ our area is in containment zone/ quality failed and rejecting the pickup. We are not even getting a call from delivery executive for pickup nor we are getting any delivery agent’s details as an SMS when it is out for pickup. Myntra is not trying to contact the logistics team and trying to rectify the issue. They are just raising complaints internally and resolving it the next minute saying it is resolved. I have all the screenshots and proofs regarding this issue. They have promised that they would provide solution till Jan ** for sure but till now they haven’t contacted me neither provided any resolution. They just left my two requests as rejected. I have proof email for their promises as well.
