Ajio - Return requests are getting cancelled again and again

I requested return for two orders the very same day I received the product but the return request got cancelled I tried many times I also connected with customer care but the issue is not resolved yet this is really annoying they just don't want to refund my money I want my money back anyhow I am trying again and again but they are keep cancelling that return request. Return request ids- #RT*********, #RT*********
