I placed an order with Ajio on **th September **** (Order# FN**********) with the original delivery date set for **th September ****. However, the delivery has been repeatedly delayed without any proper communication or valid reason.
Despite contacting customer care and escalating the issue to Ajio’s grievance officer via email, I have received no resolution. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I believe this is unfair consumer treatment. I request immediate action regarding delivery of my product positively.
