I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I have had with AJIO. I placed multiple orders on AJIO, but all of them were abruptly cancelled citing "logistics constraints." This has caused me significant inconvenience.
Additionally, my AJIO account has now been suspended due to alleged "high returns." I feel this suspension is unwarranted and unfair, as I was not provided any prior warning or opportunity to address the situation. Furthermore, there is a gift card balance of Rs. **,***.** in my account, which I am unable to use or transfer because of this suspension. This amount rightfully belongs to me, and blocking access is not justified.
