VIBHUTI BHATT filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 3, 2020
I ordered white shoes from Myntra.
When i opened it , the shoe was damaged a little from inside.
So i placed a return request. But they put it on hold and then after some days they didn't replied me and then suddenly they just rejected it. Didn't even called to confirm nothing.
I even sent them the picture of the shoe which had tags, shoe box, sole of the shoe is new ,unused. Still they rejected it.
Its the fault of the seller not me.
I have been calling them again and again for it.
But they just say you will get a solution.
But they don't do anything. They just reject it.
I don't think that they even saw the pictures.
Its been more than a week. And I am seriously irritated because of it.
I have been a Myntra Customer for a long time.
And I shop from Myntra almost every month.
And this is what they do to their regular customer.
