Hi,
This is regarding the order which I placed on **th January **,recieved, product is in bad condition tan brown varsity jacket cost is Rs *,*** which is not worthy/not meet as per product description .in this price we get leather jackets or some other well finished jackets in local market .pillings ,ruyeins on this jacket after try this jacket on my shirt all pillings/ruye stick this is worst experience I faced ever & I raised request for delivery but your delivery boy denied return request said product is used &" isme ruyein uthe hain " Agar ruyein uthe hain toh naye kapde mein * din mein hi ye haal ho jaayega are you serious?This is ridiculous by myntra .I already told product is not meet as per expectations in terms of price ,quality etc . whenever I am frequently shopping from amazon india this type of issue I never faced they are customer centric but with Myntra I never recommend to anyone never buy again in future.So,please return your valuable good & return my hard earning money
I was not present on delivery day that's the reason I have not placed return request on that day,my mother received order ,I arrived today & trying to check size but after checking quality is totally worst .This is not trustworthy , Even it's not worth in *** Rs ,Myntra sold this jacket in **** totally disappointed. I already told product is not meet as per expectations in terms of price ,quality etc . whenever I shop from amazon india this type of concern I never faced they are customer centric but with Myntra I never recommend to anyone never buy again in future.i don't want this product that's why I escalate this .
So, approach Myntra for refund.
