I ordered two kurtas from Myntra from a brand named Dressar. Due to loose fitting of the product i requested a return schedule on the app. The delivery agent didn't picked up the product as the price tag was not intact. I received the product without the price tag which was a mistake from Myntras end.I contacted the customer service and stated that I am facing issue in return request as without the price tag delivery agent won't pick up the product. I asked them to solve this from their end but instead of helping me they replied that the product was delivered to me in good condition after a proper quality check that's why they can't accept the return request. After repeatedly tried to explain my actual concern about the price tag they denied to listen to me and the customer service said that they can't help me. I feel extremely cheated. Please help
