PayTM - Return rejected with unacceptable reason

I ordered multiple apparels from paytm mall. Among that, three orders were not of expected quality (different colours, different material that didn't match the description/pics). When I requested return, the courier boy was asking for a price tag which didn't come along with the package that was delivered. Sarees and dress materials dont usually come with price tags. Inspite of keeping the items unopened, they rejected the return with asking for a price tag. How can we produce a price tag when they didn't send one?. Paytm customer care also doesn't give proper response.
They promised a return if the customer is not happy with the quality and now they are cheating.

Long hours of follow ups ended nowhere.
