RAJESH KUMAR GUPTA filed complaint against Myntra on Feb 9, 2021
As i mentioned all the details above.....so on * jan i got my product delivered but due to some problem i placed a return request for this item .....on next day the delivery boy at around *pm called and came to pick up the product ...i gave him the parcel....but at night i received mail from myntra that your return pickup was failed we will re attempt it.....i was shocked because i already handover the parcel to the delivery boy and now at night they are saying that your pickup was fail..... immediately, i called costumer care of myntra and described the problem regarding this .....they said will see in this issue within ** hrs but there was no satisfactory response from their side....... i only wanted to tell that it is the issue of delivery boy who didn't updated the status instead after recieving the return parcel.... Fortunately, i have some footage(From cctv) of giving parcel to the delivery boy which i will attach .... the most shocking thing i faced that instead after informing the myntra that my pickup has already been picked up then also myntra has cancelled my return request and said to place new request.....how can i place new return request instead i already gave the return parcel to the delivery boy....... The logistics partner name is ECOM EXPRESS I also complaint them but no response.. THE RETURN AWB NUMBER :- ********** please help soon as possible ......
