Myntra.com - Return product on hold

They first delivered the wrong product then picked it up for return. Next, they put the item on hold stating that I’ve returned the wrong product (though I clearly mentioned in the return request that the reason for return is wrong product received). Now after * calls since **th Feb, they are neither returning that product nor the money. Best site if you want to block your money and being harassed as every time I call, I am assured a solution within *-* working days but then I never receive a callback nor any solution, till I call again, again to repeat everything that happened.
