Sir, ** January ko maine Jio Mart me apne defective product ke liye return ka request send ki thi jabki Jio Mart ki Policy ke hisaab se * days hi hota h return ya fir refund ke liye aur mera itna time barbaad hua hai.. ** January se hi main customer care me anginat call ki aur senior department me bhi meri baat hoti rahi par ab tak mujhe koi positive response nahi mila.
Is defective product ki wajah se mera mentally and physically bahot harassment hua hai.
Mera time loss hua hai.. please help me.
Maine jio mart me lagataar mails bhi kiye hain. Par ab tak kuch nhi hua.
