PRAKASH A filed complaint against Jio mart on Oct 28, 2023
I placed order number *****************A on October **, at *:** PM. The order app indicates that the products will be delivered on October **, ****. I monitored the delivery time and noted in the application that my order shipped on October **, ****, at *:** PM. A few minutes later, the application indicated that the products were returned at October **, ****, at *:** PM and I spoke with customer support to re-order it the same, but they were not accepting complaints or taking the fresh orders for the same product cost. I spoke with them for more than thirty minutes, and they said they didn't have the option to accept complaints.
According to Mr. Moiyak, the customer service representative states there is no facility to take complaints. I repeatedly asked him to take complaints, but he completely disregarded me and told me there was no facility for that. Therefore, I would like to know if JIO MART is offering public services and if there is no way for customer support to take complaints???. When the order price changes the following day, Jio Mart just rejects the order.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
