Dear team,
Vide order number- *********, the executive chair has manufacturing defect and I've raised the concern immediately. There was a carpenter visit at my address and they inspected the chair and have updated it to be replaced for defective product.
The return is yet to be initiated and it's been * months I've been dealing with this problem. My earnest request to you to pls get it done in the earliest. I'm not at all happy with the support Pepperfry has extended to me and I'm frustrated with the amount of follow up needed to get things done.
I really hope to hear from you and find an amicable solution to this issue soon. Else I'll have to escalate this problem further.
