The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered a jewellery set from Ajio Order id FN********** which was delivered to me but the product was of poor quality and did not have any tags on it. It is their new tactic of not providing tag. So i requested a return for the item but my return has not been picked up ever since. Everytime i call their customer service and register a complaint, they ask me for a few days, then they automatically mark the complaint as resolved and cancel the return without any reason. Whenever i ask them for a reason they tell me that there has been issue with tracking id generation by their courier partner. How am i responsible for their inability to deal with their own courier partner? All they do is give me one date after another. And this cycle has been a never ending one, that has been repeating since past two months. Thet have mentally harassed me constantly with this irresponsible behaviour. I need a resolution as soon as possible
