Hi,
I ordered H&M Men Black Solid Biker Jacket worth **** rupees from Myntra. Order Id: *********************. Due to size issue I requested a return for the product. The guy came and said that his system isn't able to fetch the barcode details. The same thing happened * times.
During that time I contacted Myntra team via call and mail but they have been of not helpful. I ordered the item on * Oct and received on ** Oct. After checking the size placed return request same day.
Their delivery man came * times but he wasn't able to fetch details details by barcode. I contacted customer care initially they said that we're looking for this issue. After few days stated that your area is in contaminated zone due to which we aren't able to resume services. That is totally wrong because Khagaria, Bihar doesn't falls in contaminated zone.
After that they said that their system doesn't requires barcode to fetch details. So they're looking for it.
But their is no response from them. Now they just sends mail saying that my both numbers are not reachable which again is not true. Alternate Number **********, guy's number where order is delivered.
Kindly check for the issue.
