I ordered a pair of Bata shoes for INR **** from Myntra on **th Nov, and they were delivered on **rd Nov, but they were the wrong colour and size (black size *, instead of blue size *). The shoes were the same style, packed in the same Bata box with all labels and tags intact.
When I reached out for a return request stating an incorrect product was delivered, the delivery associate rejected the order at the doorstep since the product image did not match (obviously it would not!).
I then created a support case on Myntra, and sent over detailed images of the item I received along with the packing, labels, tags, etc. They rejected the return again with a message stating the order passed QC, and was not tampered, therefore it cannot be wrong. And yet I'm holding an incorrect product in my hands.
I have escalated this thrice, with all escalations and messages documented, but each time I simply receive the same canned response with no action from their end. I have screenshots of all interactions, and I fully intend to pursue this case until completion.
