- Return is not initiated inspite of defective product Open
I have raised a complaint on **-**-** regarding return or exchange the product containing order id ********* as the product was defective but did not get any reply on pepperfry web site. Bed is not firmly fixed and is shaking while asleep.Secondly the drawer storage is not properly designed with bed and has a huge gap in between the side portion of bed so can not we used as storage as is highly susceptible to insects like rats,dust etc .photo is attached herewith.
