This is the reference to the complaint made on **-**-****. We did follow the procedure that was told to us by the compant and the carpenter had to give a report that the item cannot be repaired. We have talked with the carpenter directly and he has sent the report but no feed back from pepperfry is yet received. Help me get in touch with them and my problem to be sorted.
