please refer to the subject cited above in this regard it is to inform you that i have received my order from AJIO reliance trends bearing ORDER ID- FN********** in which i have received items not as specification. I have also tried to exchange the received items as per the requirement but exchange option was not available. Hence, i had to mark the return of the items with the return order id - RT********. I was waiting for their delivery partner to pick up the items but i was amazed to see that my return request was cancelled and return window was also closed.
I am still curious to know who has cancelled the the return request and with whom permission. Many of time it has happened that AJIO's delivery partner cancelled the delivery of package by showing the fake attempt and remarked as customer was available at home. This seems the services of such a renowned brand is deteriorating.
This time i am in immense tension that how would i be able to return my items. I requested them to open the return window so that i again can mark the return of the products and my hard earned money can be saved. I also requested to take necessary action against the delivery partner and also against the official who has cancelled my return request without my permission.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
