Respected Sir,
This is regarding the request for a refund through the source card ending **** as the booking was done from Goibibo with reference ID: E-Ticket for Your Flight Booking ID: GOFLDNTAND*E*HPF**** with Booking Date: **th Dec **** at Goibibo for Air India Express flight departure dated Feb **th, **** as the customer support ID has denied refund from Gobibo as ticket mentions cancellation with no refund and asked to connect with Air India Express Customer Support. Please help with a refund for all three members for this PNR: NBBG*R and Booking ID: GOFLDNTAND*E*HPF**** at the earliest.
The total invoice value is Rs.***** against the Goibibo booking ID: GOFLDNTAND*E*HPF**** with Booking Date: **th Dec **** from the travel website Goibibo with PNR: NBBG*R for three passengers listed in the booking voucher. I would want to understand the cancellation, and refund rules for non-boarded flights more than ** days departure date from the booking date of the invoice.
I request for complete refund against the booking ID: GOFLDNTAND*E*HPF**** and PNR: NBBG*R for three passengers to be refunded completely as per DGCA guidelines
