IRCTC - Request for Reactivation of my Account with IRCTC

I am a senior citizen based in Hyderabad and earning my livelihood from writing. This is a complaint against Customer Care IRCTC. Despite my compliance with their requirements, they have been continually harassing me for several weeks asking me to prove my identity because I did not operate my account with IRCTC for a year. When I thought the matter would be closed after I had furnished them with proof of ownership of my mobile number (in PDF Format, as required by them) which is registered with Airtel in March ****, they said they were not convinced. I informed them to cross-verify with Airtel if they did not trust and penalize me if I was defrauding, they have no answer. I think the so called clerks are there in most Govt. Departments to prove to justify their presence to the higher authorities by harassing gullible people like me.
