I placed an order on ** November **** whose sub order id is *********** which are olive ware modular storage containers and snapdeal sent me a different item . So I request for replacement on ** rd November **** . Every time they send someone to collect that product from e-com and they want the same which I ordered so they told me to schedule normal pickup. After so many scheduled calls I didn’t any call from snapdeal and even replacement is closed on * dec **** . Ididint get any solution . I want my refund and want to return the product.please solve my query. I shal be thankful to you….
