Snapdeal - Replacement not done

I have ordered the Intelligent Investor Book and got the damaged book, so i have raised a replacement request and the book was picked up by Snapdeal but no replacement / refund was initiated. Its been ** days Snapdeal app doesnt show the correct status and their customer care executives not taking any action after multiple time complained about the replacement.
