I had ordered for dell vostro **** laptop on ** July ****. at the time of payment i payed using netbanking and amount has been transferred successfully to Dell india. but i didn't received any order confirmation or IRN number till now . from the day of ordered i am contacting dell customer support but they are saying that they didn't received payment
