Improper and misleading advice on chat service resulted in crashing of my working laptop (software). It became unusable. Further more representative promised to get it resolved by referring to experts in **-** minutes but even after a full day is passed and there is no response. Extremely disappointing performance.
The average response time on chat was *-** min which is very very bad for a reputed company like DELL.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
