DELL INDIA LAPTOP - LAPTOP

Dear Dell India Team,

This email is with reference to the issues I have been facing since the purchase of the Dell Laptop.

I have purchased Dell laptop Model: Dell Inspiron **** from authorised dell centre in the month of Feb ****. Right from the **th day of Purchase I have faced following issues while working with Laptop:
*) Touch pad did not work properly.
*) Laptop gets struck suddenly while working.
*) The laptop gets shutdown immediately after getting struck for minimum * Hour.
*) Suddenly the display of laptop does not work.
*) Different patterns of images will appear suddenly
*) Screen flickering.

With above mentioned problems , how can Dell team expect for students to execute or practice codes.
I have even contacted customer support team and the dell India authorized service centre, but of no use.

I am raising this complaint hoping there would be replacement or resolvement of my issues permanently.

Kindly do the needful immediately considering a student time is to invest in studies but not around the raising complaints or contacting customer care teams.
