Sudhakar filed complaint against Vu on Jan 16, 2020
Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Vu Iconium *k TV from Flipkart. We were observing too much screen bleeding but overlooked it and claimed our warranty at the last time.
As it's Vu company's responsibility to replace the panel, they sent a technician and after examination, agreed to replace the TV panel.
But the panel tuned our to be faulty. In just * days a black line came in centre of panel splitting the viewing into two halves. The display bleeding was way too much than the previous panel too.
We again complained but this time the Vu is saying that as it's out of warranty now, we have to give charges for installation and of the panel. Which might cost more than **k.
They intentionally sent us the faulty panel and replaced to compensate the warranty.
The TV costed us **k.
Please help us.
