Vu - Reccuring problem in TV

I wish to report that my Vu TV with serial number picture attached is not functioning properly. Attached also find the Ex Warranty document issued by you along with the invoice. You are requested to pls appoint a service engineer to rectify the problem at the earliest and oblige.
