Vu - No replacement tv

My vu ** inch tv shows black dots on the display it's in extended warranty by jeeves i mailed what they requested they sent engineer in * days he visited & varified that there is an issue in the display he took photos & videos of tv he opened the tv and took photos of the inside also & escalated same to technical team on ** feb ***** and engineer told me you will get a replacement but till now on * march **** i didn't get any response mean while i keep them updated via mail but they didn't so i called on jeeves customer care number again now they told me your complent is closed by engineer and again a new complent is launched and now senior engineer will visit your home & resolve the problem how can i trust the same already in * days they done nothing after engineer visit please give me service what i have paid for
