Vu - Retailer gives damage tv during lockdown period without showing demo

I purchased VU **CA TV. During corona lockdown i purchased a tv from retail shop he will says we are not give demo because police are very strictly in our surroundings so that's why we are not providing demo. I said ok no problem. But when i am trying to install display comes with damage immediately i call to my retailer iam explained that problem.he said dont worry use tv my executive will approach after lockdown.when i complete my installation TV will works only * hours display will gets full black screen. After i called to retailer will says as that damage is from you. So wait for completion of lockdown. I said may be lockdown will be extends upto * year what will I do with this damage tv they said go and ask MODI to stop the lockdown and cut the call.
Please resolve my problem....ASAP
