I have book food through Zomato on **.**.****. After booking same time cancel my order by mistake and the Zomato is taken ***% penalty of my food. Then I send mail to customer care. He told me our agent went to your location for delivery at that time you were not present in the home. After canceling this order I again book my food and food successful delivered at my location. Many times I booked food and it always gets at my location. Customer care giving wrong details to me. m
My issue is about the refund of my money. Because the food cancelled at the same time when booked. Food was not prepared then how they can take a ***% penalty. Really worried about my issue if anyone does not control online marketing then customer always make a fool. I want your help to solve my issue.
