Irctc Indian Railways - Regarding refund of train ticket

Hi,
I am Nandini Rajdev. I booked a train ticket with PNR no. ********** and I cancelled the ticket on ** march before the notice for covid cancellation of train came up and in the transaction history I'm getting the status as refunded and it is still not credited into my bank account. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible. Waiting for your immediate response.
