I had filled TDR with transection id *************** against PNR no ********** because my ticket was partially confirmed and all passengers were not travelled but my refund request was getting cancelled even after submitting proof with status passengers were travelled.
I have already submitted a proof that we didn't travel with same train and had travelled through different train with PNR ********** but still they are rejecting my request.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
