The IRCTC is issuing tickets for trains running between Simla and Kalka for VISTADOME AC class where as the Coach is not AC. Does not even have fans. The Glass Top on portions of the roof are opague and do not allow the experience of a Vistadome. The roof leaks in eventuality of rain. Since there are no luggage shelves all rain water dripping onto the floor ruins the bags under the seats. Closing of windows to block rain makes it suffocating inside the coach as there are no fans or ACs to circulate the air. It is Sheer Cheating of passengers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
