Irctc Indian Railways - package not delivered

two wheeler motor cycle is not delivered to the destination station whis is katni KTE as the parcel was not unloaded by the officials. parcel was loaded from mumbai on **/**/**** and i have made complain in katni parcel office but they are not resolving the issue. Now the parcel is in Banaras station. Katni parcel office is not taking the complain seriously and not trying to make any effort to unload my bike in katni.
